Found a oh-so-cute picture of little girl when she was 5 months +. Playing with water was one of the first few activities she loves and even now too. Here we have a shallow tray with some water and toys within her reach. This is a very good tummy time exercise and helps with the strengthening of the neck muscles. The fun play motivated her to stay up. Once she's tired she will rest down or cry to let mummy know she's done.
