We had a great time with little boy's friends in school last week. There's always a challenge for getting cake for school and last year's experience made us learn that actually the simpler it is, the better it will turn out.
This year, we had simple cupcakes from Prima Deli. For the theme that little boy picked, cupcake toppers gave everything the best feel. Even his friends who were into the theme also loves them very much as they requested for cupcakes of their favourite characters. It really makes everything very easy. Even without the theme cake toppers, they are so presentable already.
And since cupcakes are easily to distribute to each friend, everyone had their own cake quickly. All the hungry kids! We also realised that whole cake also tends to requires cutting and extra waiting time to distribute and some of his friends end up didn't didn't really eat any. Mummy feel bad because we were afraid the kids will go hungry since that was their tea break.
We hope everyone had fun. Friends also bring home a little gift from us, some snacks and educational practice books. He also wrote his name on the thank you cards. We thank everyone for celebrating little boy's birthday with us!
